Introduction

Flowstack is a church platform with two front doors and one back office. Members get a public website and a mobile app. Staff get a single admin portal that builds and runs both.

What it replaces​

Most churches run giving in one tool, events in another, the website in a third, and a Bible app in a fourth. Flowstack does all four in one system, so a change made once shows up everywhere.

What members get​

The website and the mobile app carry the same features:

  • An offline Bible reader with personal notes and highlights
  • Reading plans with progress tracking and reminders
  • Event browsing, registration, and payment when a fee applies
  • Forms for sign-ups, requests, and RSVPs
  • One-time and recurring online giving
  • Push notifications

What staff get​

The admin portal is where your team works:

  • A drag-and-drop builder for both the public website and the app screens
  • Events with registrations, discount codes, and recurring instances
  • Finance: transactions, refunds, giving categories, and reports
  • Users, roles, and per-account permissions
  • Ministries, bulletins, sermons, and video
  • Push notifications, sent now or scheduled to recur
